* TSPL has five Manufacturing Units in Hyderabad having Total Covered Area of 179,000     Sq.ft     and Open Area of 1037,000 Sq.ft. The maximum material handling capacity is 60     tonnes. The     Total Area of the Factory is as follows :
• Unit - I ( Covered Area : 14,000 Sq.ft Open Area :   33,000 Sq.ft )  
• Unit - II ( Covered Area : 9,000 Sq.ft Open Area :   4,000 Sq.ft )  
• Unit - III ( Covered Area : 23,500 Sq.ft Open Area :   2,30,000 Sq.ft )  
• Unit - IV ( Covered Area : 32,500 Sq.ft Open Area :   2,50,000 Sq.ft )  
• Unit - V ( Covered Area : 1,00,000 Sq.ft Open Area :   5,20,000 Sq.ft )  
* TSPL has to its credit shipment of 180 tonnes of equipment in one lot. We have got other     utilities like Connected Power, Stand-by Power, Compressed Air and Water in our new units.
* Modern boilers require Casing in membrane construction, Superheater tube bank as coil    type,    Evaporator Tube Bank as Bent Tubes / Flag (V) Type Bundles and Economiser Tube    Bank as    Coil Type.
* These constructional features are most desirable and require special and specific machines    and    skilled manpower for fabrication and testing.
* TSPL has the following facilities to produce these pressure parts of highest quality for     reliability    and availability.
 
 Panel Welding and Bending Strip
TSPL has Panel Welding and Panel Bending machines for production of Boiler Casing in Membrane Construction in Tube-Flat-Tube and Tube-Tube Configuration. The Panel Bending machine facilities bending of complete panel which avoid several weld joints in the gas path.
 
 Tube Bending Machine
CNC Tube Bending Machine for manufacture of tube banks for Superheaters, Evaporators and Economisers. This CNC machine facilitates bending of tube to close radius with minimum ovality, thinning and reduction in cross sectional area of bends. We can bend tubes of 6 to 10m length into coils, avoiding large number of weld joints in the coil which minises the risk of leakages.
 
 Submersed Arc Welding Machine/Steam Drums
TSPL has 1200 A submergible welding machine of ESAB make for the production of Steam drums. This gives absolutely Defectless Welds of Uniform Penetration and Quality.
 
 Strip ( Flat ) Calibration Machine
Calibration machines are used to size (width and thickness), straighten and bevel the strip (flat). If the strip is not uniform in width and thickness to close tolerances (± 0.5 mm), to maintain uniform width and thickness of the flat to ensure constant pitch and avoid burn out of the flats due to high metal temperature
 
 Ring Headers
For bending of Ring Headers, TSPL has Hydraulic Pipe Bender which minises the weld joints in the header. TSPL uses specially designed Drills for Tube Holes. This provides smooth surface for Low Entry and Exit and Losses / Press Drop.
