Waste Heat Recovery Boilers for Energy Conservation

Since Inception, Thermal Systems has been involved in energy & environment technology by developing technologies in the field of Thermal Waste recovery.

Worldwide, countries were facing ever-growing mountains of waste due non availability of landfill resulting in environmental concerns.

TSPL is the first Indian company has developed this technology to achieve near zero waste residue in eco friendly manner, keeping the national interest as a prime responsibility and to contribute to the society.

In mid 2000, the use of processed Municipal Solid Waste as a fuel to generate steam and electricity is receiving attention from communities as a key component of an integrated Waste Management System. It was then that TSPL ventured into Waste to Energy and provided custom built solution for India’s first RDF project in Vijayawada, India.

 

Interaction with various specialists in this field, detailed analysis on physical & chemical properties of Waste, study on characteristic behaviour of fuel during combustion, post combustion affects on boiler & grate, and exhaust gas emissions finally resulted in Thermal Systems to provide a special type solution of Multilouvre grate with pneumatic spreader, tail end boiler with horizontal convective bank and cleaning devices suitable for firing RDF | biomass | Municipal waste effectively.

Boilers designed by Thermal systems takes care of various issues like physical & chemical properties of fuel, fouling due to silica |alkalies | chlorides, Ash fusion & slag formation, furnace corrosion & Acid dew point corrosion.

With years of experience and study, Thermal Systems now offers boilers on RDF,  boilers on Municipal waste (Air cooled & Water cooled construction), Energy Plant with EBOPs.
